Executive Chef

Originally from Houston, Chef Trey moved to Greystone in 2010 to run the kitchen as Executive Chef. Here he is able to follow his true interest of farm to table cooking with game harvested on the ranch. Using recipes passed down through his mother and grandmother, he is able to prepare dishes with none of the traditional gamey taste that turns so many people off of wild game.
