Dining at Greystone Castle
Dining at Greystone Castle starts with your evening in the pavilion bar with mouthwatering appetizers including our world famous 7 Spiced Crispy Quail. Over 40 high end liquors, 15 brands of beer (including local favorite Shiner Boch) and select wines will be served by a knowledgeable bartender. Then you will be invited to the Dining Room at Greystone Castle where groups dine at private tables on fine china. Your three-course meal will feature a salad, entree and dessert all prepared fresh by our Executive Chef. We believe fine wines enhance the dining experience and serve a high quality French Bordeaux and similar white wine to our guests.
Want to stay in the bar and watch the big game? No problem! Buffet service or plated meals are available there as well.
The next morning you will start your day with a traditional southern breakfast. Either fresh made biscuits and gravy, fluffy pancakes or crispy bacon and eggs. Want something lighter? Fresh fruit and Danish are available also.
After your morning hunt, lunch favorites including Pork loin and cheese grits, pheasant salad wraps, or the famous Buffalo burger.
