This is an amazing place to come and relax. The staff is friendly and accommodating to your needs. Executive Chef Vickie does an amazing job planning, preparing and presenting each meal. She takes the time to visit with you about your meal. Best food I have had out in a very long time. Or ranch tour guide, Jackson, went above and beyond to show us the beautiful exotic animals on the 6500 acre property.

The staff here is incredible in every respect. Literally, to a person, absolutely fantastic. But I have to talk about the food. You can traverse the state, dining at all the elite restaurants Texas has to offer, and you will not do better than what is on offer at Greystone. I wish there was a sixth star just for this chef and her staff.

Amazing place. Staff is professional, friendly and accommodating... Everyone from check-in to the wait staff and bartenders. Guides are knowledgeable and do an excellent job (we did a mixed bird hunt) and the dogs are amazing. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Had a great time. Will be back soon and often.

The staff here is amazing, they treat you like family. The guided upland bird hunting was a blast, the dogs and handlers we're on point with plenty of birds in the area for a really good hunt. There are just no words to describe how good the food is. The lodges are very spacious and comfortable. Five stars aren't enough and this review falls way short of doing this place justice. If you are looking for a great outdoor hunting experience I highly recommend giving Greystone a try, you'll be planning your next visit before you finish your first.

A group of family and myself we to Grey Stone Castle to a sporting clays event. We had a great time. The targets were so good and challenging. The staff at Grey Stone were amazing. Mel’s Diner serving lunch was just perfect. The general manager gave us a tour of the castle and explained all of their programs. Thanks for a great day

My husband and I visited Greystone to fish. Our guide, Hunter, was fantastic. We caught nice size bass on the private lake. Hunter told us about the various unique hunting options. It's a fishing and hunting paradise for both novice or skilled. The staff is great, the food was exceptional, thanks Vicki, and the views are absolutely stunning.
